Tyler hein, Director
Tyler C. Hein is Managing Director of Research & Evaluation at TRAILS, a nonprofit that equips school staff with the training and resources they need to provide evidence-based programming to their students. In that role, she leads organization-wide research, evaluation, and data strategy, driving program quality, funding decisions, and policy impact for 200,000+ students annually across multiple states. Tyler holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Michigan and a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a Doris Duke Fellow for the Promotion of Child Well-Being, a selective national fellowship training researchers to translate child and family wellbeing evidence for policy and clinical decision-makers.
