Dr. Weiner is retired and interested in giving back to the community as a CAN director.  He attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate studies and received his M. D. degree from the University of Michigan Medical School.  He is board certified in Pediatrics.  Dr. Weiner’s professional career includes service in the USAF, practicing as a general pediatrician for many years, senior management positions in health care organizations, teaching appointments at the University of Michigan Medical School and School of Public Health.  Lastly, he established and ran a consulting practice in healthcare management for 15 years.
